AAAP is built on one rule: no non-trivial AI action can execute unless an Action Receipt is emitted, validated, and persisted.
The reference prototype has an action interceptor that blocks an action if its receipt can’t be stored, a validated receipt schema, a write-once receipt store, and a small HTTP API to store and fetch receipts.
It’s a prototype on purpose, and it says what production would need: tamper-evident append-only storage, strong authentication, cryptographic signing, rate limiting, monitoring and retention.
