ClinicQ

ClinicQ is a system for private clinics in Uzbekistan: reception, patient records, payments and follow-up visits in one place, so each person on the team quickly finds what they need. It works in Uzbek, Russian and English.

A clinic’s day follows four steps:

1. Take in a request, whether from the website, Telegram or the front desk.
2. Run the appointment, with consent forms, doctor’s notes and files kept together.
3. Record the payment: cash, card or transfer, packages, debts and refunds.
4. Plan the next contact with the patient.

Patients can ask for an appointment through the clinic’s own Telegram bot; the front desk confirms it and it lands in the calendar. ClinicQ adapts to the kind of clinic, whether aesthetics, dentistry, dermatology or a multi-branch practice, and keeps patient data to the people allowed to see it: per-clinic access rights, protected photos and documents, a log of important actions, consent tracking, and tested backups.
