Uzbek is written in two scripts, and a lot of text is still in the Cyrillic one. UzTranslit converts Uzbek Cyrillic to Latin.
It reads plain text, PDFs and images (through OCR with Uzbek language data), and writes TXT or DOCX. There’s a command-line tool for quick conversions and a web interface with file upload and a side-by-side preview.
